Phil Deol, second generation Californian. started in the Real Estate industry in the late 70’s. After several years of success in resales, Phil moved into the homebuilding arena where he was a Vice President of Sales and marketing, selling thousands of homes under his Brokers license. He later became a retail mortgage finance executive working for such lenders as US Bank, Flagstar, Wells Fargo, and Countrywide Home Loans. His biggest accomplishment was creating the National Builder Division for Countrywide Home Loans nationwide, whereby that channel funded $28 Billion in 2007.
