I am the Branch Manager of the premier La Jolla office of Coldwell Banker and have been licensed since May 1979. As a non-competing manager I spend my days assisting my agents in building a personalized real estate business plan that works for them. My office is known as the "Broker of Choice" for independent agents in our marketplace due to the fact that we have the highest percentage of real estate professionals in production in any given year.

While it may not be easy to get into our office, for those who are totally committed to their success, there is no other place to enhance your real estate business. Backed with the support of the greatest brand name in real estate, access to in-office education and one on one guidance, as well as my personal commitment to each and everyone that is accepted here your success is all but guaranteed.

CONNOR KEITH

Marketing Specialist | La Jolla

Connor is a Field Marketing Specialist based in North County San Diego, covering the La Jolla, Encinitas, and Carlsbad offices. He began his career with Coldwell Banker Realty in Monterey in 2020, then returned to his hometown of San Diego in 2021, joining the Encinitas office.

In 2023, Connor earned his real estate license, and by 2024, he was working full-time as both an agent and agent assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience in real estate marketing and transactions. In 2025, he returned to Coldwell Banker as an employee to deepen his expertise in real estate marketing, leveraging his dual background in marketing and sales.

Marketing Specialist | Point Loma

I am a dedicated and creative professional with a deep passion for photography and graphic design. I got married in 2019, and I've always found joy in capturing life's moments through the lens of a camera. This passion led me to pursue formal education in photography and graphic design, equipping me with the skills to blend artistic vision with technical expertise.

Before transitioning into the real estate industry, I worked as a preschool teacher, where I developed strong communication and organizational skills. These experiences have been invaluable in my current role at Coldwell Banker, where I have been a key team member for over five years.

In my professional journey, I have become well-versed in the latest technology, always striving to stay ahead of the curve. My proficiency with marketing tools and innovative approaches to real estate marketing have made me a valuable asset to my team. I am known for my ability to combine creativity with a keen understanding of market trends, ensuring that my clients receive the best possible service.

Outside of work, I continue to indulge in my love for photography, capturing the beauty of everyday life and special moments. My dedication to both my personal and professional passions makes me a well-rounded and dynamic individual.
